The right side 31" arm is made specifically for chassis with a 31" RR Torsion bar, with a (non-standard) 4" offset. Standard Triple X chassis have a 30" RR Torsion bar, so this RR Torsion Arm is for a custom car or chassis running a 1" torsion tube extension.
